To provide the best service to all our clients, please read carefully our cancellation policy.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. 

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will have a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This balance will need to be settled before your next appointment can be booked.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. This balance will need to be settled before your next appointment can be booked.
